Yellow-light rating on the university traffic-light system and its impact on the Central Library
On May 3, Masaryk University decided to transition from red to yellow-light rating on its traffic-light system. This color indicates that MU buildings remain closed to the public and are open to staff and students.
However, the Central Library building will remain closed, and the library will continue to operate in the pick-up place mode. You can still order books online and pick them up through the pick-up point in front of the Reading Room (entrance from Arna Nováka Street) on Mondays to Fridays, 10–15.
You can still use E-resources and online library services (such as online consultation and retrieval of full texts, E-loans). You can find details about the current services of the library here.
