All library premises will close on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 3 pm. We will resume full operations on Monday, January 5, 2026.
The Library opens on September 9 (9-16)
A new semester and, with it, a partially new library! Changes await you in the study room on the 1st floor, and at the restrooms. We apologise for the temporary discomfort.
- Toilets are available on the 1st and 3rd floor.
- The Quiet Coffe area with the self-service kitchenette on the ground floor is not accessible; you may use the kitchenette by the Reading Room (Building D).
- Makerspace is also inaccessible for now.
Everything else works as usual, and we hope to return to normal as soon as possible. We would love to see you on Wednesday, September 18, at the Backyard Picnic (starting at 10) and a week later at SemesterStart!

Where to go
We offer spaces for quiet individual study in the Main Building (where all the books are). The Reading Room with café counter is for relaxing and chatting, and you can use the Team Study Rooms for collective work (in Building D).

How to borrow books (and more)
You must be registered with us and have an ISIC. Books are available in study rooms on all floors, or you can order from stacks through the catalogue. We also have board games, technical equipment and other useful items. You can find everything in the catalogue.
