The service is conducted by reference librarians of FACL (you can find us in studyrooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, 9 AM - 4 PM). If you need help with orientation in classic and electronic information resources, finding literature or if you have any questions concerning the library and its services, we will be pleased to answer you.

Feel free to ask us about any of the following:
- the library and its services
- electronic information resources (online catalogues, licenced databases)
- factual and bibliographic data
- searching literature to a particular topic
- avaliability of materials in libraries in CR and abroad etc.
We will try to answer your questions as soon as possible, with more time demanding questions to 2 working days latest, or except in special cases.
What we need from you:
- A clearly formulated question (describe what you need as precisely as possible; at theme search of literature list key words; write complete names of people, possibly the area of their interest etc.)

- online catalogues of libraries in CR and abroad
- licensed databases accessible for students and employees of MU Brno (library.muni.cz/ezdroje)
- free online databases and sources on the Internet
- FACL collections, ...
